Popularization of the contact center in Zaporizhzhia

Objective: develop and implement an information campaign dedicated to the Zaporizhzhia Regional Contact Center; inform local residents and the IDPs about its work; increase the level of trust in local government (the desired level of coverage is 250 thousand residents of the region).

Solution: the project’s page on Facebook and a YouTube channel; an advertising campaign on social media; videos with representatives of the regional military administration and the contact center’s staff; articles in regional media; posters and leaflets with information about assistance; billboards in Zaporizhzhia.

Results:

  • 4 articles in regional media; 2 video interviews; 1 video explanation
  • 980 posters
  • 2 thousand leaflets; 5 billboards; 641 thousand users (Facebook reach); 26.3 thousand views of the video on YouTube
