Nataliya, how did you get to work in the agency business?
I joined the PLEON Talan team in the spring of 2016 as Director of Customer Relations. I had 20 years of successful experience in marketing communications and client-side strategy. My distant 1996-2000 years were devoted to finance and management accounting in the banking sector. And since 2001, I have focused more on business planning, marketing, crisis response and risk management at the stage of company transformation. At the end of 2006, I was lucky enough to join the Kyivstar team.
