Throughout 2025, we continued doing what we do best: supporting businesses, contributing to Ukraine’s victory, and adapting to the realities of life in Kyiv—amid air raids and power outages.
Here is a look back at our key team updates, client projects, and achievements over the past year.
Team & Transformation
This year, we evolved our management approach, moving away from strict vertical hierarchy to foster greater agility and collaboration. In January, Kateryna Popova stepped into the role of Managing Director, relaunching internal processes to drive growth and efficiency.
In the spring, Olena Muzychenko joined PLEON Talan as Account Director.
We launched our internship program in the spring, with most interns successfully transitioning into full-time team members. Over the summer, we were also thrilled to host Trevor Jones, a student from Columbia University, who took the initiative to come to Kyiv for an internship with us.

In 2025, PLEON Talan’s portfolio expanded with exciting new brands, launches, and impactful campaigns.
Warner Bros. Discovery: Supported the official launch of HBO Max in Ukraine. We also continue to run the press office for Discovery channels and Eurosport.
Sony: Welcomed Sony as a new client, organizing expert workshops with professional photographers on cinematic shooting techniques and collaborating with content creators.
UNDP. Executed the nationwide communications campaign “Schooler’s Pack” (Пакунок школяра) to support education and families.

Kateryna Popova served on the jury panel for the 2025 Effie Awards Ukraine. She also delivered lectures and sessions on PR, film, and strategic communications for professional audiences.
